Before I attended the LCCI Mentoring Programme, I and my partner were simply focusing on working hard not knowing there are some principles that must be applied to succeed on the business. Through the training program we were taught to work smart by thinking and planning globally so as to be able to compete globally. We also learnt a lot about keeping financial records and this helped us a great deal because our sales tripled between 2014 and 2015.
